Some members suggested we bring some highlights of Triumph 675 build thread. Here's just a little intro:

After a couple of days sitting around the shop, we finally got started on our winter project. Plarp, TJ and Brian got into the 675, mainly to get the forks out and unload some of that road going stuff we're never going to need.

Looks innocent enough.

With all hardware accounted for, this turns out to be a 14.85lb weight savings, 9.3 of which came from the muffler high up in the subframe. Hooray!

A little older, but here's how it still sits (kind of on the back burner right now while this new project spins up)

Waiting on some items to come in, maybe try a different exhaust configuration and a better steering damper bracket.

There is more Ti in this bike then a fricken space shuttle. Its well worth the time to read the thread on t675.net

The top pic is the original Triumph upgraded front end, the bottom pic is actually a complete R1 Ohlins R/T front end ;)
