(maybe could even be done with a full wave bridge just using the 60 hz on your standard 110 outlet...) transformer and a very basic comprehension of circuit design, and/or programming.Either way, not $2000+ worth of tech there...Would be kinda fun to build out of motorcycle chain or something....Ideas for future house...
