Steve Butters Posted June 2, 2012 Report Share Posted June 2, 2012 i understand why he did it.its not about the money being trash, im sure the police get tired of any and all problems associated with panhandlers....since littering is a bigger fine, maybe he figured it would sink in a little better and people might stop encouraging panhandling.would i have done it? not sure. but i wont get all pissy that this cop did, im not in his shoes.
