redkow97 Posted October 1, 2012 Report Share Posted October 1, 2012 It's something we tend to run into at times. The RC8 is notorious for them...Does the big torque require "bulkier" shift-forks? I lack the mechanical knowledge or vocabulary to ask this intelligently, but I just picture an RC8 transmission having to be over-engineered to handle more grunt than a 600 or inline 4 liter bike would dish out.
