It's intermediate training, which most likely means drills from compressed ready, follow-ups, double-taps, reloads, coming out of the holster etc. I am all for training of any kind and while I don't advise against it, you should evaluate if this is going to keep your current skill-set sharp or build upon it before you drop your $50.
