magley64
$40,000 is pricey for a quad OR a jet ski...it's also pricey for a quad AND a jet ski...if it were less than half that, it might be considered.... but for 40k I'll pass...now if someone wants to give me one... or says "here, ride this" I'm on board... Steve Butters
Probably doesn't fulfill either role too well either
swingset
Is it possible to make big ruts in a lake? I think it is now.
magley64
Probably doesn't fulfill either role too well eitherbased on what I've seen, it does both quite well. You don't have as much clearance as a standard 4 wheeler because of the hull, but it does quite well on the water.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOCxT89ynbA
rollnhot
My bicycle is bigger than a damn Smart Car...My FJR is as long as a Smart car and has three times the horses.
abdecal
Hmmm... Maybe they should advertise this more to an outdoorsman with deep pockets. I don't think a lot of people can justify $40k for the fun aspect but rather the ability to cross rivers and lakes to get to certain hunting / fishing spots? It's not a new idea but they did execute it well. They wont get far on that price point I don't think.
wht_scorpion
Good Idea nice
jayjie15
Get an Argo 6 wheeler and call it a day. Much cheaper but not as agile on the water. I can't mock the creativity though, given the opportunity I would take one for a spin.
