JStump
Was at the mall today buying new strings for my guitar and remembered I needed defense rounds for my 45 so I stopped into dicks sporting goods. Went to the counter and told the guy I needed 45 ACP defense rounds. He gave me a box and I saw 45 on the box and didn't pay attention to the part that said COLT. Needless to say I am a little mad at the sales person, but my question is am I now out $27 since the receipt says no firearm or ammo returns or would they consider an exchange ok since they fucked up? JStump
And yes I know I kinda did this to myself by going to dicks :/
crb
Supposedly it is state law no refund or exchanges on ammo.
JStump
Well if that's the case, anyone around Elyria want some Hornady Critical Defense rounds in .45 Colt?
cOoTeR
Call them and see what they say can't hurt. Did you really say .45 acp? Or just .45? If I was still on Ohio is probably buy it from you but I'm not.
JStump
So it turns out a buddy I went to high school with is a manager there so he just swapped them out. He told me they normally dont do that since they are not allowed to resell the ammo by state law. And yes I did say ACP, just wasnt paying attention to the box since they were minutes from closing and I just ran in.
