RidersDiscount
He's getting along with the 675 just fine...Won the MW Solo by lapping up through 3rd and 2nd being 30+ seconds back (1:16.xx fast lap). 2nd in the HW Solo against stacked 1000cc SBKs. After leading most of the race he let off due to tire wear.
redkow97
You failed to mention that he also turned the fastest lap of the heavey-weight race on a middleweight bike. "Ausie" Dave Anthony was turning comparable lap times on a GSX-R 1000.

New 600 record set by Joey is a 1:15.4. For reference, the 1000cc record is only a :15.2.But let's just say it won't be coming back as shiny... RidersDiscount
He wadded up my bike? :(He did have a lowside in one of the races, but the good thing is it's basically bodywork damage. All parts in stock and the bike will be on track this coming weekend. It looks much worse than it actually is. TRMN8TR
That's good news. Is that the 675 "project bike" he is riding? The 675 R's you are building aren't ready yet are they?
RidersDiscount
Yes despite what AMA keep posting on their social media feeds, this is still just our 2009 675 project bike. Looks like he'll be back in action this coming weekend too.The 2012 675R's are still bare framed while the engines are built and the bodywork is painted. The 2013 675R's should be arrive within the next couple weeks.
TRMN8TR
Cool, looking forward to seeing the build thread for those as well! And to hear some feedback after a couple races on them. I'm very interested to hear his opinion of the 2012 vs. 2013.
