ive been extremely busy and havent had any time to finish the trailer up.

i finished as much as im gonna do for now lol.. will be using this to haul down to florida in a few weeks.

didnt really have much left to do except mount a tongue box, mount some D rings for tiedown points, and mount my spare tire carrier and spare wheel and tire.

gonna pick up a spare set of bearings before i leave as well. still gotta go get it registered :(

the tongue box is a perfect fit, and will hold 2 helmets, 2 sets of boots, 2 sets of leathers, and gloves. which is exactly what i was hoping for.

welded in some bracing to strengthen the a frame as well as give me some mounting points for the tongue box.

its a trailer tongue box, got it at TSC

Great minds think alike. I just finished my 4x8 folding trailer(minus my chock install). I've been eyeing that same box at TSC.

I have to decide how much it will hinder the foldability. I might install quick release pins for it.

Hobs, definitely like the extra frame bracing up front, that was a concern I had looking at the first 2 pics, but you already knocked that out. The long V tongue would have been the only weak point I think and with the trailer box I think it even helps to add more rigidness to the trailer.

Looks good!

I have the same chock from HF. What position did you put the pivot bolt in. Mine came mismatched, middle and lowest? I didn't notice and couldn't get the bike out without taking it apart. I will try the lowest setting next.

Also, it really had my front tire rubber pinched and rolled. Not sure if it will regain its form.

Got ya, I'm going to get a chock for the deck and maybe build a tool box... See where that leads me. Still though, your's looks sweet man v

Lowes has a rectangle black plastic locking toolbox that is real hefty for $60.

Hasn't leaked or had any issues for 3 years of outdoor storage. Still looks new.
