You got that right, He and I were out front throwing gravel everywhere having the time of our life laughing our butts off at each stop sign while we waited for the group. 190miles 4.55hrs of moving time. Bikes: 1 V-Strom 1000, 1 V-Strom 650, 1-Honda AT 1000, 1-Bmw 800, 1-Tiger 800, 3- Yamaha WR250

I think is was Iron Ridge campground. Primitive - no electricity, but there are paved roads with parking pads at each site. There's running water available and (more or less) heated showers. Each site has a picnic bench and a really awesome, heavy cast iron fire ring set into the ground. Nice hiking accessible from inside the campground. Pretty good riding in the area and a small town with a supermarket not too far away if you happen to be in need of ice and *refreshing beverages* for some reason. Certainly not the kind of *refreshing beverages* park rangers frown upon, of course...

Half a day of work and half a day of twisty two lane is pretty damn nice for the first weekend in December. High 40 and low 50 degree weather is perfectly comfortable on the Connie.

This is where we went for our honeymoon. I recognize the giant pavilion near the main pool.

So, we just arrived at Secrets CapCana yesterday. This might be our new go-to. From what ive seen so far, im smitten! What a phenomenal beach! And the place is just a couple years old, so its really, really sweet. We'll see how the week goes!!
