You may have already seen the video of my bike at QSL back in August. Since then, I had been meaning to make another video showing how I get on my bike and actually ride it. I've just been so busy with school and moving and before I knew it, it was almost winter. I made this video on the last decent day in November. If a section of road was so badly covered in snow and ice, I was never going fast enough to low side - nor were cars traveling fast either. When I rode to work, I would follow the tire tracks left by the cars, and I would try to stay on more traveled roads. Navigating turns wasn't an all out super-moto style powerslide either. Also, I live in Columbus, not Fargo. The only bad days were during a snow storm, or right after. One day after a storm, and all the major roads are clear of snow. The only thing that kept me from riding my BMW to work was getting it out of my neighborhood - I don't think they ever plowed it. It's much harder to keep a 650lb motorcycle with a high center of gravity upright than a 120lb scooter with a very low center of gravity. It should be noted that the best my scooter can do is 42mph. Downhill. With a tailwind. I wasn't getting it sideways at 140 or anything.

My name is Eric and I just got back to Ohio 4 days ago. I graduated from Lincoln college of technology and I drive a 1986 Toyota Supra. It is bone stock right now untill i can buy another Daily driver then its swap time. Im thinking 2jz or 1uzfe either way I go it will be a drift car but will still be street legal. Guy's got a point there. If you think the EX got fucked around with because it looked crappy, imagine what a nice looking sportbike is going to attract. You need to find a stable storage area before you plop down cash for a sportbike.

Way more ignorant people on this board then I had originally thought. For those of you that actually think what he was doing was smart and safe, please remind me of that if we are ever on the same ride because I want to make sure not to ride with you because you seem to be lacking even the smallest amount of common sense. I said I didnt have a problem with the DS riders but this was not the case here. I like how you all argue that he is being safe. Thats the equivalent of dancing in the middle of 71. How is it that you will all sit back and preach all day about wearing safety gear but yet you think this is ok? Just sad.. The mentality here has steadily gone down hill. Ignorance is bliss and there are a lot of happy people in this thread.
