  1. So Lexi gets her permit Saturday. Looking for a cheap car for her. Something dependable that looks decent so she won't be ashamed to drive it but still cheap since she's going to be learning to drive in winter there's a decent chance she'll wreck it. I hope not but it is winter. Let me know if you come across anything Ideally I'm thinking 4cyl automatic like civic, neon, cavalier, escort type but small truck like S10 would work too. Really like to keep it under 1000, 5-6 would be awesome then get her something nicer in summer if she's doing good.

  3. Not sure what this is worth or whether it's what you were thinking of paying, but it's been on the AFJ forum for over a week. Hit 'em up and make an offer. http://www.assfaultjunkies.com/showthread.php?27543-GoPro-Hero-3-screen-and-remote-350

  4. I have a Hero 2 that I use for both my bike and sled. You can get a motorsport specific edition which has all of best mounts for helmets or on a vehicle. I've never had any issues with mine other than the cold can reduce the battery life. Cdub is correct with the curved mount. It works great for the helmet. Below is one of movies I have taken with mine. .http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3hR176oRnz8

  5. The case itself is waterproof. I beleive they all have the same 2 cases in the box. One being waterproof, and one not. As far as video quality. I think the white edition shoots 720p @ 20fps. Pretty standard stuff. So it should shoot pretty good video. The all come with a curved mount, and a flat mount. Curved usually works well for helmets. This is off the topof my head without any current research. I have a Hero 3 black edition.

  7. I sure wish we didn't have to pay congress during a shutdown. They don't produce much while the lights are on to begin with.
