  1. Every time I step foot in the kitchen I hear "GET OUTTA MY KITCHEN!" in a Georgia accent. So I wouldn't know if its allowed or not. She beats me. Badly.

  2. Hey, I removed your personal info. Just so you know, this other dude hasn't logged on in over 2 years, so don't expect that he's going to come back in here to defend himself or give you any sort of an explanation. If you plan to stick around, and for future reference, if you see a post that breaks the rules or you need to discuss with a moderator/admin, there's a button at the bottom of every post that says "Report" - click it, state your complaint, high five yourself for completing a task.

  5. Hey dude...that does suck. Don't paint the forum with that brush though. This guy signed up for OR on the day that he posted this and really hasn't been heard from since.

  7. Signed it, but really don't care if it's legal or not, I do it when the situation calls for it. My riding rarely depends on what is "legal", instead it's dictated by what is "convenient" and "appropriate" for the situation. All of these terms are subjective and depend on my mood.

  9. Wasn't speaking to CLE so not sure if that was what you are referring to, if so, that wasn't what I was replying to. Was replying to the Mike Brown topic and was thinking you were referring to the guy in NYC. As for the CLE stuff, haven't looked into it any further than seeing that the toy gun looks exactly like a 1911, and being that, that is a fact, I would have killed the kid, or anyone with it too. If I am a cop and I get a call to something like that, I am going home at night, I am not going to second guess myself and die. I played with guns all my life, I was never allowed to take them from my house or a friends house, in cars, parks, whatever. Exactly for this reason. Parenting, it goes a long way, probably would have been helpful in the CLE and the Brown case both..... Edit; Also for the record, if you are in a high speed chase from the cops and continue to flee, then yeah, they got what they deserved. Edit 2: now reading the report, and yes, if in fact they did kill people and escalated to the point they had to kill someone, that's an issue. And yes, I remember that car chase with the 2 people. They did not need to be shot to death, but simply stopping might have been a good idea? I mean that's what you're taught to do. Sorry they had to die, but I would have been totally fine with being ruffed up(a lot).

  10. 1. Officer wilson did not have a taser at his disposal, so i'm not sure where you are getting your information from? 2. Brown assaulted Wilson while he was in his car. Wilson's pepper spray is on the left side of his duty belt (side closest to brown) and couldn't be deployed without also affecting himself. Wilson's ASP (aka, "nightstick") was located on the back of his duty belt, pinned between himself and the seat while Brown was hitting him. The only course of defense was to use his firearm. 3. Brown assaulted Wison in his police SUV (backed by physical evidence), this is a deadly threat. Again I'm not sure how you can say he isn't or shouldn't continue to be a threat? 4. An officer can not simply "escape in his car". He has a legal duty to stop a threat to the public. If he were to leave and brown assaulted or killed someone else before being taken into custody then the police dept would be held liable. Brown's actions led to his death, that's it. He assaulted a police officer, attempted to take his gun, ran away, then charged at the officer again.
