This is more of a curiosity quencher than a for sale thread. I bought an 08 250R last year to learn and I'm out growing it much faster than I thought, I love the bike, but I just want to see if theres any market for it and what kind of offers I can get, she just rolled over 4k miles yesterday.
250's sell fairly well.
I had no problem selling my 08 last august for $3500, but that was with the rear seat cowl and 4 yr warranty, and i think 1,100 miles.

Never had any good expierence in there.
Walked around one time for 15 - 20 min no one talked to me.
Last time when I had cash in hand looking for a bike to buy the salesman was trying to talk me out of buying a bike...

New phone died.
Instead of touchpad, the bottom row bb menu and end keys quit working.
Yay.
Called verizon, and new phone is ordered and will be sent to me.
This will be Storm number 3 since 05/12/09.

I started on a 2008 250. Bought it cause I didnt want to kill myself outta the gates and it was in my cash price range.
Kept it for I think 2 months and sold it for sticker price, and bought the 750.
I laugh cause the first time out on colerain ave going towards ross i hit 60 and i was like omg zoooom.
heh I laugh at that now when I'm riding with Matt.
But non the less it was great to educate me to riding on two wheels.

I am sure he has some great stories about pissing in the paint, leaving their lunch in the dashboard, or sabotaging the line so he could get an extra break. I used to love hearing ford workers telling those stories
Actually sharonville is a transmission factory.......
Unless you're referring to ford plants in general.
But yes there were some good ones....

I read the write-ups on the GT500. About $10000 more and significantly slower than the vette and a tad faster than the Camaro. Ford wants too much money and I'm generally a Ford fan. My dad retired from Ford.
+1 my dad retired from sharonville.
our family bleeds blue......
IT was a rule anyone that drove a foreign car to our house parked on the street....

yeah- My wife and I went and looked at a black 2SS 426 H.P loaded. She hates the mustangs. We're buying in August. Just not sure what yet.
It is between a Lotus Exige, Camaro SS, or a 2006 Corvette C06 depending on how pricing falls out etc. The Camaro is the cheapest.
For that pricing have you looked at a GT500?

Stay safe and watch out for those camel spiders.

you and your early rides....

41k holy crap.
I'm still torn about being mustang less.
The local dealer has a basic GT in all black, only option is the 3.73 gears.
29K before employee discount........
I'm really not interested in having a loaded model, just want a V8 and the exhaust again.
I'm thinking about just picking it up and taking the money im saving from buying a gt and whore it out without the guilt of changing a GT500.
Besides I have the mazda for my daily.

I removed the pass pegs off my bike, so that part yes.
The rest........not at all.
