Well, I'm not thinking of replacing it right away, but it is closer to the Min than the Max and I cannot replenish it because I don't know what to top it up with. So when it does drop a little lower, I will have to flush the system, right?
I have to match whats already in the system if I want to replenish it , which means I have to flush the system right? I do have a track day coming up but I'm just a novice so I doubt it will make any difference there either. I guess I will just get the regular brake oil.
Hi, This is a used bike I bought. I took it to Motorsports of Columbus a couple of weeks back for a service (before I read the reviews on this site). They said that the brake oil I have in the bike is the clearest they have ever seen and is a racing brake fluid. The fluid is currently between Max and Min and I will have to look at replenishing or replacing it soon. I was wondering how I can find out what brake fluid is in the bike so I can replenish it with a same or similar one. From what I was told, it would be cheaper to get it flushed and replaced with normal brake fluid. Does that make a big difference in braking? Is that a better idea or should I stick with racing brake fluid that is in the bike and how do I get some more of it? Thanks.
I just signed up for the 28th for Novice as well. I've never done a track day before. Any tips? RymerC, are you riding there the same day or the day before?
I've got Conti Road Attacks. Felt they were the best value for mileage and grip (especially for wet weather). I would have preferred the Pilot Road 2s but they were almost a 100 bucks more for the two.
I had looked up the one in Xenia. But to learn there you have to do Tandems. I figured I want the training and I want to jump on my own. Any recommendations?
Hi, I'm new to the forum. I have never done sky diving before and was actually planning on going to Lebannon last weekend (http://www.startskydiving.com/) but could not find anyone who wanted to learn Accelerated Free Fall. Any thoughts on this place? Where do you guys go? Thanks.
Hi, Bought a SV650s a few weeks back. I'm fairly new to Columbus and have no idea where to go for rides. From what I've been reading on this forum, Coshcocton and Hocking Hills are good places to go to. I would love to tag along if anyone is going there anytime. Thanks.
