That block should be find as long as it DOHC. You don't need any of the wiring harness or computer, or any of the bolt-ons. You need the block. The head wont work b/c the exhaust and intake cams are switched so you'll need your head from your motor. So you'll also need a gasket kit and new timing parts. Since your replacing all that stuff you might as well toss on a new oil pump b/c its not too expensive and you'll already be balls deep into the work. Most of the timing parts can be sourced locally, or check out howellautomotive.com.

I'm starting a weight loss contest at work so this info is pretty helpful. Bill I find that eating things in the morning high in fiber and protein keeps me 'full' longer. I always struggle with feeling hungry and this really helps. Are you guys just eating smaller portions more frequently and sticking to a certain amount of calories on these portions? Have you guys found the heaven in a can that they call Cherry Coke Zero? That shit has completely changed my world.

This is the response I'm looking for. First hand experience on one of the models I've sorta narrowed it down to. I like the fact I can add lenses to this camera and although its not a DSLR replacement it definitely is more flexible than the other two (at the expense of a larger camera). Anyone else have anything else to weigh in on? I just want to make a good decision and ultimately want something that just takes crisp images that I can post process into something nice.
