  1. depends on how much you need done. shoot me a few pics and I can get a better idea.

I more or less do it as a hobby and not to make money. so I never charge people a whole lot.

no doubt. i will shoot you some pics later on when i get home from work

  2. anyone on the site repair or know someone that repairs fiberglass track fairings near Cincinnati? i picked up some this weekend that need a little tlc. basically id like to get the cracks repaired and have them all completely sanded so i can paint them. thanks!

  3. i posted this pic on facebook, but im sure some of you havent seen it. yesterday, 10-20 of us went out for our usual sunday ride thru the backwoods of nky. some of you guys have ridden the "10/22" route. the first road we take is 915; its always hungry and many a bikers have gone down on 915. this is the same road stu was killed on last year. anyways, there was a guy in a camaro driving along and the guy leading decided to pass him; fortunately, no one else had the opportunity to pass. so the guy in the camaro thinks its a good idea to try and keep up with him thru the twisties. 2 turns after he was passed, this is what happened...

so im about the 4th back from the front and i stop right in front of the guy as you see him there. i look over and hes climbing out of the back seat! luckily, he was ok. the first thing he says is "i guess i shouldnt be trying to keep up with you guys". yeah, no shit...

  4. just did a speed test with zoomtown. as i suspected. SLOW

thats actually not so bad considering the latency.

i have roadrunner and i get great download speeds, when its working. every few days my service will just drop out for no reason, then i have to wait, sometimes for an hour or so. the problem with dsl is that the further you are from the hub, the slower the speeds. the problem with broadband is shared bandwidth. id honestly rather stick with shared bandwidth. just my .02

  5. Check capacitor like i said. Make sure you are not touching metal. A long screw driver works well

service guy just came, it was the capicator like you said. i have air now! woot! thanks guys for all your input! :D

  6. what does or doesn't the house HVAC do?

Does it cycle on and just blow hot air

does it cycle on and not blow any air

just does nothing.... do you know age of unit?

If you can hear the compressor kick on and hum, but no cold air blowing... I'm leaning towards the condenser fan motor. Either the motor itself or a compacitor.

When I turn it on, I can hear the fan turn on, but it doesn't blow any cool air. The outside unit does not come on at all and I cannot hear the condenser come on either
