You should be able to put razor wire along the top of the fence legally, although I would suggest putting up signs clearly stating it is there. Every place in the world uses it. Beyond that, don't do any boobie traps - as much of a good feeling it would be to know that you have claymores set up, you would get thrown in jail for it. Set up motion sensors and floodlights as soon as possible. Next step is call animal control to take the dog (or liberate it at night if they won't take care of it) and then call the cops on the neighbors for anything and everything illegal that they do. Also try to figure out if they are renting or bought the house, if renting you can probably get them evicted.

So I went to Buckeye Outdoors (Vance's of Hebron) yesterday to buy a new 870, and I decided to wander over to the 1911 display. I didn't finger fuck the R1 once I saw its price tag ($800 or $900 I forget). The ATI was $350 and it felt like a nice, solid gun. It's HEAVY though, compared to my RIA. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

I have two AK parts kits, contains everything you need to build an AK except for the receivers. You will have to source those yourself. They are the paratrooper style with a handle on the front grip. I forget the country of origin. They come with Tapco G2 trigger groups and one mag each. They are both USGI patterned 1911A1 handguns. That doesn't say whether or not it is reliable or made from quality materials. EDIT That being said, they are both made in the Philippines. If the ATI is also made by Armscor, then I can reasonably say it should be a good gun, just like the Armscor made Rock Island.
