Farther on in that thread it says the sizes for the shell.. xl doesnt reduce to med.. i have an odd shaped head..It taller than wide.. my icon lg sucks because its too big, but some lg's fit.. I tried on every helmet at Iron Pony and those 2 were the only 2 that fit correctly!
