  1. Uh-oh, RVT opened up the can of worms! Honestly, I have had an equal number of close calls with males and females. I haven't had a huge number, hence being able to recall them all. The closest call came when some genius guy decided to pass me on the right as I was making a right turn. I was inches from the back of his bumper as he flew past me. I wouldn't have even seen that hit coming if he would have been going a tad slower. Scary, scary, scary!

Oh ya...I was on the back of your bike that day! That was crazy!

  2. Yeah I was at King's Island last weekend, seated on the Diamondback. There was a delay to getting the ride going because a "girthy" young woman about 3 rows up from me was having trouble getting her restraints fastened. After trying by herself for a few minutes and failing.. and then several attempts by King's Island employees to get her fastened in, they finally gave up and she had to get up, after waiting at least an hour to get on the ride. Poor thing... she left in tears. But gosh damn... she had to be 300 pounds, no more than 25 years old.

See! That is absolutely horrible. Come on now. Fine....if you want to be fat...be fat..but there are just some things you shouldn't do. You lose those choices when you make that choice. I'm not a stick by any means but there is a limit to weight. If I get to that limit...I'll starve myself haha :)

  3. That is the best movie ever! It is soooo true...The best thing is that people who watch it and don't see the truth in it....are the idiots!

We are all screwed! Too many kids and parents think that they should have something for nothing! Everyone is entitled to what everyone else has. That is the mentality of lower class!

  4. Great ride report' date=' ladies! Next time you go take US250 to Hundred, WV and pick up WV-7. Take that all the way to the Ohio/WV border. You won't be disappointed.

Keep logging the miles... and next time let's get some shots of the pajama action.. you know what I'm talkin' about.[/quote']

I wish we had more time this summer!

  5. If anyone is looking for a great ride that is about an hour and half away from Columbus.... this is a great route! LPSanders and I went on a two day trip to WV two weeks ago.... After taking the loop around Wheeling..we got off at Route 250 S . The beginning of the road isn't the best but a GPS could take you on an alt route to 250.

There were some sweet bends and awesome views! The road was pretty clear until it got close to Fairmont. There were a few hit or miss areas with gravel. Most people say to continue on that road and there are even better bends and sights. We didn't have more than two days so we stayed in Fairmont. There is a great Red Roof Inn that has rooms where bikes can be rode right in. Now..I wouldn't recommend telling the office but LP and I got both of ours in the room with no problem. Next time..we request a handicap room! We had to share the sink with her CBRR 600!

There were plenty of other bikers on the road and it was pretty easy to pass slower cars. We even hooked up with some guys from VA. They followed us to Columbus and were shocked at our Iron Pony! I guess we all take that store for granted! haha

I think we both got some serious confidence after these roads! They were even trickier than Hocking Hills! I did almost wipe out in a hair pin turn down a hill with a bit of gravel. Let's just say that after that I almost couldn't ride for a while! LP was shocked that I was able to not just skid the bike on its side. I guess I would have been dead if a car was coming the other direction...ugh! After 600 miles..we were good with no damaged bikes...until we got to Steak N Shake and I didn't push the kickstand down all the way...oops! LP's bike caught mine and off went the mirror and the corner of my windshield! What a bunch of crap! Sooooo now I need a new windshield for my SV650.... Anyone have one to sell? I did replace the mirror though..

Oh...notice our new shiny seats! We replaced them with glittery vinyl! What a pain that was..but the result.... SHINY :) The 3 layers on foam inside were perfect too!

  6. I love reading the OR posts and look at all the spelling :) You all just need a refresher course from Scrappygrl :) haha No seriously...If I didn't have to teach it...I'd be confused too :) (Use too....for the word also..or a lot of...fyi)

  7. Are you guys serious!

Ok... so if you want to use you're....all you have to do is say the sentence and put "you are" in it. If it doesn't work...then it is the your.

    You're going with us.

This is your book. (You can't say...This is you are book.)

    With their, there, and they're..

they're...say the sentence...if you can put "they are" in it...then use it

    They're going to the store.

their...this is talking about something that someone owns.

This is their book. (They own the book.)
