  1. I plan on getting one also. You can mount the hero to this homemade mount if you get the hero "tripod mount"
  2. Can't stop watching the avatar, must look away, nope can't do it, just keep watching!
  3. Notice the HD tshirt. He's such a poser HD wannabe
  4. Those guys were doing the tape thing wrong, pickup the cat, put one small piece of tape on the bottom of each foot, set the cat down and enjoy!
  5. IMHO, I thought OSU would lose tonight, but I thought we were gonna get spanked, so I was impressed with the game, up until we lost anyway
  6. Of course. We'll start holdin our breath now
  7. Oh yeah, how cool is that! I remember you turning off in Delaware, I couldn't quite make out what it was you were on, I see now it was an older 250. Yeah the TU250 is definetely a looker, its fun to ride too, I've rode it a few times. Its my wifes first bike after moving up from a 150cc scooter. And BTW, Welcome to OR! You should come to the Meet & Greet tomorrow!
  8. Saturday 9/12/09 Another GREAT Ride! (not to be confused with the FIRST great ride) Riders: SWing'R, DiamoGirl, Strictly Street, Cmoosego Planned route... - START…IRON PONY - South on Westerville Rd - Left on Morse - Right on CherryBottom - Right on 62 to downtown Gahanna - Left on Granville St (turns into Havens Corners) - Havens Corners to Mink, Right on Mink - Mink to Broad/SR 16, Left on Broad - Broad/16/Columbus Rd into Granville - Right on Broadway in Granville - Follow 661N/Pearl - Around the bend turn Right on CEDAR (turns into Welsh Hills) - Welsh Hills Rd to PRICE Rd. - Price to 21st to Rt 13 - Left (North) on Route 13 - Rt 13 North to Utica & Velvet Ice Cream Old Mill - Rt 13 North from Velvet Ice Cream Old Mill - Right (East) on Rt 62 - 62 to Martinsburg, continuing to Killbuck then Millersburg - Left / West on Route 39 in Millersburg - 39 West to Loudonville, on to Perrysville - Left on Rt 95 in Perrysville, on to Fredericktown then Marion The original idea here was to ride to the Velvet Ice Cream Ye Old Mill in Utica for some lunch and, of course, ice cream, then ride for a few hours and end up at the Marion Popcorn Festival. Well we did make it to the Ye Old Mill but it took us a lot longer to reach our checkpoints as we were not used to running with a 250 in the lineup, so we had to keep it at 65 or less as my wife's 250 is not like a Ninja 250, it maxes out at 75 on her speedo which I think is really only 65 or 70. Its funny how much longer it takes to get somewhere when you pretty much run the speed limit or just a few over! This was her first "long" ride too, and she got her first real taste of some curves today and she did great. She also now knows why I come home from these day long rides and crash on the couch and don't get up until the next day! So I was tryin to get some video with my camera and my new mount but ran into technical problems, my batteries kept cutting out when I tried to shoot video then they actually died, so all I got was still pics at the Velvet Ye Old Mill. So anyway, by the time we got to Fredericktown Cmoosego cut out to head to a previous engagement and the rest of us decided to skip the Marion Popcorn Fest and just call it a day so we diverted to 42 S off 95 in Mt Gilead and ran thru Delaware and down 257 back into Columbus. DiamoGirl and I rolled into the garage @ about 220miles. Considering she's never gone more then 60miles, that was awesome!
  9. Blame it on the bike! And congrats on the house.
  10. Sorry to hear this Jagr, Georgia, Ohio, wherever, it still sucks. RIP
  11. Not sure if our friend Beth will grace us with her presence or not, I heard she was a hit last week
  12. I'm planning a ride for the wife and I for Saturday. Wanna take her out for her first "long" ride. I haven't devised a route yet but its gonna end up at the Marion Popcorn Festival . We want to do a ride, and we want to check out the popcorn fest so I said hell lets do both! I'm thinking about something like 3-4hrs of riding and then ending up in Marion. If anyone wants to go, know ahead of time it will be a slow paced ride as the wife is not down with speed yet and her bike max's out at 75mph anyway. Some of the areas I plan on including in the route are probably Westerville, New Albany, Granville, Newark, Mount Vernon, Marion, etc etc.
  13. Eeeh, its was ok. But I really really like the daft bodies girls... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLYD_-A_X5E
  14. It definetly needs some TLC in the cleaning dept. I just happened to see it out there and thought I'd get a pic of it cause I know some people like the older bikes. I thought the asking price was high too.
  15. Man I would really really like to go with ya, I've only been thru Hocking once this season but I promised I'd go riding with the wife this weekend and she's not ready for the curves of Hocking plus we may be checking out the Marion Popcorn festival this weekend. If something changes I'll definetly let you know.
  16. I saw this bike on Rt. 16/Broad St today while heading East, it was in the Summit Station area. Thought maybe someone might be interested in it. The sign did not mention anything about mileage or how it runs, info from the for sale sign.... 1978 Kawasaki KZ 1000 $2000 OBO 614-419-2937
  17. Wow. Very intense stuff there.
  18. Whatever you do, do NOT consider 315 as an alternate to 71 because its under major construction. BTW, running around 270 to the West is easy and always pretty smooth no matter what time of day, during rush hour the right two lanes jam up a bit when you get near the 70 intersection but if you stay left you're good.
  19. I was gonna say by 10ish things should be back to normal. You got on average your 7, 8 and 9am workers, so by 10 most people are where they need to be!
  20. Hey watch it with the old jokes:wheelchair:, I just woke up from my nap and I'm cranky! To the OP, welcome! I just turned 41 and I just started riding a sport bike! Am I doin it backwards?
  21. Seriously? I haven't read this entire thread but you should seriously change you mind on this if you are really facing serious $$$ problems. The money you blow at CP could feed you for a fricken week or more!
