Isn't a bike like a car in regards to the battery, I mean doesn't a car battery only assist in starting the car but once its running the battery is not used right? Which is why you can "jump" a dead battery. Doesn't the same apply with bikes? I guess what I'm asking is why would it matter whether you were running at high or low rpm's so long as the bike was running?

I'm on call today so I can't commit to anything and have to stay somewhat near the house otherwise I'd be in. I did just back from about a 30minute ride around the Hilliard area and its still pretty damn cold out!

Ok guys, since my bike is only a couple weeks old, I happen to have the manual handy and here is what mine says... less than 103deg - Lo 104-242deg - Normal operating temps 243-283deg - Temp display flashes and warning light comes on above 284deg - Warning light with HIGH message

Been to this one several times; never been to impressed. The best area Hooters was the one they shut down on 161. Being right across from the strip club they always seemed to have really hot girls working there.
