Yikes. 270 is chock full of potholes, don't take your eyes off the road for a second! Especially when looking over your shoulder to change lanes and when behind someone (can't see the potholes sneak up on you if you're to close to them).

I'm not from cinci but I absolutely love me a 3-way! I like their chili too.

Most people are either working or in school during the day, and riding at night at this time would not be smart! Save it for the nice weekends, like yesterday. My wife actually saw someone on a bike this morning on 270 around 6:30am, thats someone with a death wish! For several hours this morning there was black ice all over the place due to melt-and-refreeze!

Not to change the subject, but if you liked any of the previous Underworld movies, you MUST see Underworld 3, best one of the three so far and actually one of the best movies I EVER saw!

I was out today. The road obstacles were a good agility test, dodging ice, water, gravel and pot holes!

Did that cop give you a ticket for "failure to control" or just laugh at the fact that you probably dropped it cause of him?

I haven't wrecked, but my wife dumped her scooter a week after getting her temps. She was unable to make a left hand turn and went off the rode to the right into gravel, and applied both brakes, down she went. I did witness one wreck last summer while riding with Kosmo, MadMax, Thomez, and Shittygsxr. Kosmo got a little carried away and went to wide into a right hand curve, caught the left hand curb I think and he highsided.

I rode it this last season and I'd say at least half of it looked like new pavement. I'm always up for a run down it but you guys scare me, after that crazy charity poker run Has anyone rode it with a group before? I've run it myself and with one other person but that was it.

Yeah man, saturday is sayin 47deg. I'll just be happy if I get it started, I'm worried I may have caused it some problems by trying so hard to get it started the other weekend. With no clutch, theres no push starting it either! Kinda a scary thought in itself, makes me wonder if I should carry a spare battery in my trunk!

Thanks for the recommendations guys on the Battery Tender; i picked up a Battery Tender Jr. tonight for $37.35 from Batteries Plus and got it charging the swing battery, maybe I'll be able to get the sucker started this weekend!

I did the same. I am already licensed but I'm taking the beginner course because, well, I AM a beginner, I've got several thousand miles under my belt already but have only been riding since August of 2007, plus my wife NEEDS the class (she wrecked her scoot the first week she got her temps) so I am taking it with her.

Basic.

I wish I could get one of these, but unfortunately there are no Dennys in the Columbus area any longer They closed them all several years ago, nearest one is in Zanesville, at least thats the closest one I'm aware of.

My wife and I will be in the Basic Riders course at the ODPS on 6/18. There were only a handful of spots open when we registered around 6pm tonight!

Cool. I was wondering if anyone else from here would be in the same class. You got in for the 6/18 class at the ODPS right.

So who got in? I just registered my wife and I for the JUNE 18th class, believe or not there were only about 5 spots left !!!!

I'm looking to get me and my wife in the beginners course. Will check tomorrow.
