  7. This is a repost but I'm too lazy to find the original it was just posted recently
  8. I forgot to mention the larger quad has part of the filler neck broke off some how my son overtightened it and cracked it the cap still goes on just not as many threads but I have a brand new tank in the box that Wildfire sent me to replace it I just never got around to doing it.
  9. Just over build it use 1/2" plywood and add more bracing than you think you will need and it should be good to go. I would really suggest bolting the top on rather than strapping you could drill holes and use t-nuts and eye bolts so it is removable and the eye bolts will double as a place to tie down your bicycle. You will want something strong securing the corners might be able to use some padlock hasps for that so it is easily disassembled.
  10. I have had DDM set for a little over a year and haven't any issues
  11. Here are the pics guys http://s800.photobucket.com/albums/yy283/conneaut14/Wildfire%20quads/ The smaller quad has broken muffler from my son thinking he was a stunter it may be able to be welded I don't know for sure but it's not very loud and a new one is about $50 and the welds holding the rear rack on are broke I have them clamped on because I don't weld. The larger one has a small tear in the seat and the one side of the bumper is broke I have the piece to be welded back on. Send me some offers
  12. These won't come out there is 6 or 8 screws that hold the end caps on
  13. I repack my canisters once a year whether needed or not repack kit is a lot cheaper than new canister.
  14. DGTL GRL your avatar reminds me of a porn star waiting for the money shot
  15. Wow in that case I'm glad I got left out
  16. There is a place down in Youngstown called Star Supply they my have some supplies to build this on the cheap. They sell steel and aluminum would be much stronger for the frame and probably end up lighter because you'd need less for strength than if you used 2x4's http://www.starbarg.com/index_test.htm
  17. Bad has a good idea you could make the frame out of PVC get a heavy duty canvass tarp and your going to add a lot less weight
  18. If you do attempt this I would make it a wedge front unless it's going to be shorter than the tow vehicle might help save a few bucks in gas.
