I'd buy a bigger bike. Waste of money putting a turbo on a 600. By the biggest power as in a liter bike or big bore. Those motors are the ones that would be worth a turbo.

id like a 05 or newer 1000 but my 04 600 is my hustle bike i beat alot of bikes i should not beat on the street...and as for the turbo kit id have zero money in the kit my friend fab's turbo kit's for mustangs and wanted to start maching up turbo kits for bikes so i told him he can use my bike.

i put the pc3 and k&n on my bike with a yosi slip on pipe...took the tune they had already for the pipe and filter and downloaded it on the pc3 and i can feel a differents more throttle respounse everything

looking at this picture, I would say you definitely need to wet sand... start with 1500

can i wet sand at anytime? or does time make things harder? i wanna go to bike week and come back and take my time..but i dont feel like pulling all the plastics again...

You probably didnt polish the clear enough. It took me a couple weeks to get mine shiney. That was working on it a couple hours a night.

i never did wet sand it...lol or polish it so do u think i can just polish it and get away with the wet sanding?

i put all the plastics back on the bike last night the tank is alittle shinner then the plastics, it's not as shinny as i though it would be its a mix between flat black and gloss...

do you have all of the stock parts for this car?
