is there anyway you can talk to your boss and ask for a higher salary? Sometimes its not always best to take on management positions. Some people can make more money and have less stress in their field.

the only bad thing about the gun is just how small the sights are. If they would of been 1-2mm's taller it would be a lot nicer. Not that its a bad gun. I had to get used to it like every gun, and once i dead it was consistant. Great gun!

I have a buddy that wants to trade me his bike for my galant. He has a 2007 R6 with 1500 miles. Bone stock, mint. Whats it worth? I don't plan on keeping it, but this would be easier to sell than my car. I would assume its worth 5500-6000, but idk. I haven't really been watching sport bike prices.

Ive already thought about this. The garage plan is a 5-6yr plan. I should have it paid for in 5-6yrs. Then im going to get a building loan for an actual house. Probably a ranch with a walk out. I posted a link earlier in the thread to a 2 story with a walk out but that may be too much space (as it was like 4000+sq/ft). And i thought about if i met someone or something, and even if i never built an actual "house" I'm sure if i had to sell this it wouldn't sit on the market long. then I could do the same thing.

I'm not worried about getting a building loan. I have a great relationship with a few bankers at Fairfield national bank. And I'm a 760
