    Wife's next helmet

Dang it, I love colorful helmets . . . women need to stop buying the ones I like
  3. Oh yes, definitely need me some of these. I see your  and raise you one
  4. REP! Still avoiding this movie, the realistic setting combined with a few experiences makes me hesitant. Don't want to wake up like in the middle of the night like
  5. YEAAAAH BOOYYEEEE!!!! http://www.thenewspaper.com/news/29/2950.asp
  6. 3.7inch screen w/ highest resolution of any phone + Qwerty and it's still slim Android 2.0, linux based OS (very customizable) Apps are good across all android carriers = more developers 600mhz integrated processor Easily handles programs running in the background Outlook, gmail, exchange support Free turn by turn navigation Will have flash plugin once Adobe 10 is released Comes with 16gb SD card 3.5mm headphone jack Support of the BIGGEST network/coverage Anyway I'm getting carried away, those are some things I don't think other phones can really compete with. Getting mine next week!
  7. I like it, fair and releases frustration! Who's providing the window?
  8. Actually, I filled out the request a quote form on this one, just out of curiosity. http://www.motohio.com/new_vehicle_detail.asp?sid=02095606X11K3K2009J11I45I56JAMQ3143R0&veh=43587&pov=1207248 I'll be sure to drop your name later on, it's the ace in my sleeve.
  9. Still want to commute on it from time to time. I don't own a truck and I'm not quite ready to trailer one everywhere. Still, this is tempting as a second bike... http://columbus.craigslist.org/mcy/1433490669.html
  10. You've heard that too huh? "I had to lay it down to avoid ____"
  11. My very frugal significant other disapproves of this idea . Still trying to win her over. That and I wanted to replace the R6 with something more upright anyway. You do have a point.

    Bike I saw at work

    That bike looks like pooh
  13. One of my dream bikes, awesome!
  14. Sounds like the air shock is the only weak point of the BMW from what I can tell. It'll be quite a while before I know how to ride aggressively so I'm sure that'll help the life of it. The Rotax single will probably be good longer than I need it. Brand loyalty and a distinct look should go a long way toward me not wanting to pitch it after a season. A KLR, for example, might as well be a bandsaw.
  15. Definitely like the KTM but it seems to be more expensive. Loving the Husky, but some people really complain about the dealer network. The BMW XChallenge is still the frontrunner for price, looks, and farkles. If I can only have one bike I'm not going Japanese. Very competent, but for as much as I like my R6 it needs more personality.
  16. I have some, should I join this group?
  17. Worked for me. Sat on it and talked to a sales guy Saturday. Unfortunately at MOST my r6 is at $3k trade in value. I'm not in a big hurry until the weather clears up so I'll keep waiting on a buyer. Anyway, I like that bike a lot, still really light and very nice quality. Definitely had me thinking of ways to get my hands on it. I thought about it after I left and decided the Xcountry may not be dirty enough. That and it doesn't quite look the part. I'm not afraid of shipping, so that's an option for the right bike.
  18. And I thought 6 cylinders was crazy!!!!
  19. Oh oh can I have yours pretty please? Not going to lie, that's a serious machine. Now I've seen the G650 go in this price range from time to time http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BMW-X-CHALLENGE-2007-BMW-X-CHALLENGE_W0QQitemZ300362504334QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUS_motorcycles?hash=item45ef00188e What's the going price on a used KTM 950, 690, 525, etc? (trying to google it over here)
  20. I think it would too. Could I put a F800gs on a trail? Eehhh, that might be scary. No bike does everything well, so having one bike and wanting to hit up the dirt makes it tough. That and I'm still young/reckless enough to pine for the occasional track fix. So with an extra pair of wheels I could do something like this? http://www.supermotojunkie.com/showthread.php?t=85339 I'm still open to suggestions, trying to narrow down the criteria. Comes down to Commuting Wide trails, farmland, and dirt roads Light adventure touring Sporty, easy conversion to supermoto Can get hard luggage, at least a top case Stands out I think that's it. Other recommendations are welcome.
