I just got a quote from MMI and tuition for me would be $27,950. That's about the same amount I'm looking at spending to finish my college education, only with my current college path jobs are uncertain and so is pay. Do dealers and shops like MMI grads, I know their are some dumb asses who come out of there, but I'm much more mechanically inclined and have already taught myself how to do some things on my own bike. I guess I just want to know what the market out their is like for motorcycle techs.

So is there another recommended course as opposed to MMI, if your dead set on becoming a Motorcycle Tech?

Can we request salvage bikes for you to look for? For instance, I'm looking for an 03 or 04 ZX6R minus the wheels, swing-arm, exhaust, and fairings, forks optional.

Where does it say the rear wheel turns? I guess if it did that mike make it easier... to wreck. I was just thinking that leaning a three wheeled motorcycle would not turn as quickly as a two wheeled motorcycle.

In science class we would call 4 less crashes standard variation or relative error, depending... in other words 4 less crashes doesn't mean shit; show me 10 less crashes and maybe I'll start to think that its possible that OSHP might be doing something. I think that in the interest of population control and natural selection we should remove speed limits and install speed minimums, like in Fahrenheit 451. And if I'm one of the "daredevils" that gets smashed out of existence, I'm fine with that.
