    I see from just the short time I've been on this website that the animosity between HD riders and others is just as prevalent here as on some other sites,that's a shame,you seem to have the makings of a good site here,but these pety squabbles that don't accomplish anything just end up making all bikers look bad,that's why I left the other site I belonged to,by-the way,I sent an email to stoneyb with an explanation why I made the comment the other day in my post,

    Just to let you know I'm sorry for coming down on you the other day,but, I had just returned from a trip with some friends and ran across some people riding sport bikes at a gas station and went over to talk to them,several had Ohio Riders stickers,and was treated very rudely by them,there were only 2 HD riders in the group of 12 bikes I was with,so your post just rubbed me the wrong way.I ment no offense to you personally.

    In all honesty,there's as many jap. parts on a new HD as there are on a Honda Goldwing,the attitude comes from the people riding them,it seems there are as many jerks with attitude on both,personally,I don't care what anyone rides,we've all got our preferences and reasons for them.

    I've riden HD's most of my 57 yrs and found just as many on both sides,I pass a lot of sport bike riders that don't wave,and as far as stoneyb's comment,i put close to 8500 miles on my bike last year,and I had open heart surgery in June,what'd you ride?
