yeah ugly thursday night and friday morning but nice for the weekend

is there a QSL this thursday in dayton? im off but i do know its supposed to rain thursday night and gonna be windy as hell tomorrow

man like i said if i didnt have to work in the am id go but i dont get off till 1pm off the next day but if im riding up there and the way ohio wearther is i dont want to be stuck up there but if i get really bored i might meet up with you guys who knows only time will tell

man i want to go to dyno day but i dont get off till 1ish and be like an hour or so till i even got up to columbus, prob gonna stay down in the natti area now the 11th im off and will be heading up there for the ohio bike week

sweet well i get off at 5ish so ill head home (5 min from my work) change and as of where to ride im not the greratest at setting that up as i only know west chester, hamilton, fairfield lol o and the springdale mall area other than that thats about it my cell is 513-432-4379

wow didnt realize there was such a debate on types of oil to use lol, what happened to jsut throwin some motorcycle oil in lol but thanks for all the tips and advice its good to know these things tho about the different oils, when it comes timer to change (which its got 7300 now service manager said im good to 12) so when i hit 12 ill start worrying aboiut oils

she has 7400 miles on her...and im not a nut on the bike i mean i have fun with it, and the powerband on the r6 (from what i read) is very high rpms anyways but that doesnt mean im always pushing the limits on her lol

So even tho my bike has a fresh oil change, I was talking to the service manager and asked him what kind of oil they use when they do tune-ups and what not. He says just normal motorcylce oil. I asked him why ot synthetic and he stated normal oil is fine and synthetic is even sometimes bad on bike motors, clutches. Now coming from a car world synthetic oil is a must for any decent sports car, are bikes that different to where synthetic oil is no different than normal oil? I find it odd that synthetic oil can harm a motorcycle engine..any thoughts on this matter?

man my friends in columbus are wanting me to ride up there but i dont know, i dont get off till 530 have to pick the lexus up from the shop and then its take me hour and ten to get there by then people will prob be headin out then drive all the way back home but if i get really bored and no one wants to ride down here in the natti then i might just do it

Yep as title states just brought my baby home from the shop, and they actualy got all the parts they needed this morning so aside from a bath shes ready and good tilll the next maintinence which will be at bout 12k. Any so I work till 5 tomorrow and plan on riding till my @ss hurts lol. And 4/2 (Thursday) Im off the whole day so im down to do whateverall day :-) any get togethers! let me know pm your cell or if you want mine. look forward to meeting up with some fo you!

wow well its nice to know people do it even farther than i thought. i didnt think it was that bad just hear of people complaining of back pain and what not on long long distance on sport bikes. im actually excited to do it, that is my luck ill run into a nasty thunderstorm or something lol.

...as the title states im curious to know what it is like riding long miles on a sport bike. I understand cruisers and other bikes are more comfortable in the long run, but ill be making alot of trips back and forth from cinci to columbus alot this summer and ill be riding my bike. so i know thats only bout 100 or so miles what about long long rides on sport bikes, any interesting stories or tips?

yeah well ill just use the existing dust seals and atleast have the bike with new oil seals he did find the sheet for me said it has new plugs,air filter is fine, oil and filter adjusted chain and whatever else needs adjusting its only gonna cost me now under 100 so i now know that if my bike needs serviced ill learn to do it myself or take it to a diff shop

you mean april 1st? :-) man im off this thursday i might go up after i get off wednesday and stay with some friends but weather looking nasty but who knows with ohio weather.

*update* well jsut got off the phone with service guy and the dust seals are on "back order" so i said screw it just put the original dust seals on and change the oil seals and be done with it. im not gonna go months without my bike casue the dust seals are on back order and if i feel the need to replace them then ill do it another time so i get my bike tomorrow!!! yay!!!!
