Hey I know say its a corney movie. But you know it would be a perfect time (weather permitting) to all meet up and go see it at the Rave on Union Center. If we get a good group too turn up then I'll stay down here and meet up with you all. If no one plans on seeing it then I'll just head up to Columbus and see it with some other friends. So anyone want to meet up at the Rave April 3rd down here? Hopefully weather is nice we can ride and go see it, then ride after wards. I know that next day there is a dyno-day planned so I dont want to step on peoples toes going to that. So let me know..

yeah that was what confused me. some say to replace some say to not so thats why i asked. i mean on a car indeed it makes sense. car wise i would always do header, exhaust and intake all at once.

thanks man i will work on it. anyways thanks for all the input everyone. again i agree about the zip tie ordeal. i just wish they made a bracket that sat in the back of the bike leaving the tail alone, like maybe even atleast taillight back. Or even near where the rear spring is.no zip ties of course lol.

this is exactly what i was thinking ill jsut be patient and then save my money for the whole setup tuning and all now where does air filter fit into this?

and one more question lol sorry totaly new to bike mods, but i was also told getting the intake changed does nothing as well.. is there a way to change the intake or just change filters, ive heard of redoing the intake and what not but its not a night and day diff...

last friday when i had to take the bike back to the shop after i got her, i woke up early to be the first one there and it was only 20 something down here and i had to ride all highway for about 30min def agree i froze everything off that time around,.

so putting a full exhaust system then comes with everything to keep that from happening i assume. good to know when i start shopping.

haha no offense takin, you are correct my punctuality could be alot better, its just im at work so i have to sometimes type extra fast casue it seems everytime i post or reply a customer starts walking over to my desk. I will do my best to fix it lol.

well i was jsut useing that as an example i have seen people put the liscense plate way way in the front of the tail its hard to explain i agree zip tie would look corney but if i had a pic of what i was talking about you would know what im saying yeah the light i understand and i know the plate has to be visible when i get her back ill take pics of what im talking about lol

now im not an expert at all on motorcycle engines but how do you make sure you dont lose or have to much back pressure on a bike engine? doesnt there still have to be some restriction?

so im thinking about just taking that whole stock liscense crap off and just zip tieing the plate on the back of the frame or something i think the bike looks 10x better with out that god awful bracket, so my question can you get a ticket for not having the license light on it? just throwin it out there to see if its a big deal or not...

yeah i was informed my 06 r6 has one you can see it right before the sstock muffler thats what my plan was is to jsut get a full exhaust but before i did since people said its not worth the money so i wanted to throw my options around nowa days its all about saving $$$

hmm good point that does make sense, one of my buddies down here in cinci just got a 08 cbr and he bought a full exhaust for it and he was surprised at how well the stock header looked

One of my buddies and I were discussing the difference between the too. Someone at Ironpony stated that a PC3 and Slip On would be the best thing since the factory headers and what not are pretty good from the factory. Is this true? So on the dyno a bike with full exhaust and a bike with slip on (both with power commanders) there would not be that much difference?

wish i would have been offered that now wish there was a another place i could get a warranty from but prob gonna be hard im still a little mad now especially after talking to a few people that have dealt with them and saying that if they said the bike was rideable and you get it home and the fork seal is busted then thats wrong of them o well im a easy goin guy and kinda impatient so ill just deal with it just want my bike back lol

thanks man yeah still waiting for the parts they said it should be here by today but when i called they still werent in was hopin to get my bike back by tomorrow guess now o well :-(

i think the one down here in cinci at great oaks course is not fully booked "yet" anyways i was talking to the guy at the dealer since im tryin to get my bro to do it and he said that they where close to getting booked but not booked yet

yeah so i knew what i was getting into i just figured since when they get a trade in they would do a full inspection which they said they did and all i did was ride it home and soon as i got home taking pics i notced it made me sad :-( but since i referred them a sale there gonna pay 100 of it told them to do both sides so 125 is better than 225

agree thats what i did back in 06 got my temps week later took the motorcyle saftey course for like 25 bucks by the thrid day i left with my endorsement

well if you got pulled over i guess it would be like driving a car with no license prob a fine or jail time not 100% sure tho

i tried but they said its sold as is so i guess really nothing could have been done maybe an 06 with 7k miles is un warrantable (not sure if thats a word but made it up anyway lol)
