From what I understand they take pictures at 10+ over the limit.

That's exactly why I don't go to or thru Heath anymore, unless I absolutely have to (Local Honda Dealer), and then I sneek in the back way. F**k em'! I think there was some mention of local businesses showing a decline since the ordinance, imagine that.

Nice pics, and nice ride. Went down there a couple weeks ago. Took RT78 to 255, down to 7, up to 536, and took that back up to 78. Both great roads, but I liked 255 much better, the road surface is SO much better. Got a few pics in my albums. It was a 300mi round trip for me.

Any idea what time that court date is? I've got to go into work that afternoon, but live here in town and would get up early to make that. Maybe we should bring a couple barbecue grills and have a "Meet & Greet" on the courthouse lawn. Wonder what they would think about a couple hundred "motorcycle enthusiasts" showing up?

I'm thinkin fake. He's sitting on a Top Fuel drag bike and the frame that come back to the ground after the explosion looks nothing like a drag bike. Looks like a regular street bike and wheels, maybe a dirt bike. YouTube has quite a few videos of this.

So far, 13637 people (including you) have responded to this Squid Test Survey and have been tabulated. Of those responses, the average grade is 53. Your grade was 72 (from 0 to 100), and 0 out of the 115 questions were left un-answered. The average number of questions answered in this test is 47.
A higher grade indicates a stronger sense of common decency, and a lower grade is an indication of conspicuous squidliness and general disregard for civilized society. Your score indicates that you are a halfway decent rider and wise-ass who is way too narcissistic his or her own good.

Mike: At age 81 you will fall from the fifth floor window of a hotel while under the influence of Robitussin DM.
Nice to see I'll make it to 81:)

I've got an '06 Shadow Spirit 1100 and love it. Got to have a sport-type bike also, but the Shadow is great. You can keep the 700 size Shadows, the 1100 is the smallest I'd have, and I would have had the VTX1800, but they don't make the Spirit style bigger than the 1100. I just took a trip to Cabela's a couple weeks ago, 2up down the interstate (combined rider weight of about 350lbs) 80-85mph the whole way there and back and got 47mpg. I don't even put it into 5th gear unless I'm cruising over 65. It's about as comfortable as my recliner and I can hold my own on the twisties with it (for a cruiser). I've gone thru a few bikes in the last few years and ended up with the two I have now (I'm kind of partial to Honda, I worked for them in another life). SUMO would be fun as hell, but less practical and more trouble than your R6. The trouble part is the only thing talking me out of getting one (I'm an old-school dirt rider)

Had to work 5 to 5, but my cat got me a cool t-shirt and a card.

Probably should have had that fixed before you left the DMV.

Damn...two mistakes in the same thread...I'm sorry...it was 100rd WWB ammo for 31.97...first I've seen there in months. Employee said people had been buying it by the case for weeks, would be a line of people at 7am when they start selling it.
-
My mistake...found the reciept, it was $31.97 for the 1000rd WWB .45 ammo.
-
I just bought 3-100rd boxes of WWB .45 ammo at wally-world for $37.96 a box a couple days ago...friend of mine bought the 4th one, all they had in 100rd .45

I've dealt with them a few times in the past. They were very friendly and helpful in finding a couple parts for '80 bikes I've worked on. Kinda hard to compare prices on used bike parts, but they seemed resonable. I did get a new voltage regulator for an '85 Goldwing from them cheaper than I could find anywhere. Overall pleased with their service and will shop there again. Not allot of choices when it comes to older bike parts. Bike Bandit (on-line) is also excellent for finding new old parts. Got allot of parts from them for the '84 Interceptor I had.

Yea, undertail exhaust rules on a hot day

Congrats on the new bike, nice that you got something you like so much...I'm still working on that...the bike thing anyway. Good luck with the tests and be careful out there.
Another accident where "the motorcycle struck the car"

Just nice that they always make it sound like the motorcyclist's fault for hitting a car that pulled out in front of them.
