We had 2 that would just NOT seal, even after new flappers. The fix was getting a new seal that sits on top of the thing the flapper sits atop of. This plus the new flapper cured BOTH toilets. KillJoy

...sortof..... I have a Harbor Freight 12 Ton A-Frame Press. However, it broke a year+ ago. One of the Chinese bolts broke that hold the very top piece in place (top of the Bottle Jack). This caused the Bottle Jack to break and a little bit of metal bending. So, this needs: New 12 Ton Bottle Jack, REAL Grade 8 Bolts in a few strategic spots, and a flat piece of metal bent back (no biggie). So, the price for all of this? $25 - Come and pick it up! :thumbup: KillJoy
