Since one was already obtained, it does not matter, but.... I prefer the 870 over the 500. The 500 has a fixed Mag Tube. The 870's can be extended. :thumbup: KillJoy

I just had a rental Jeep Cherokee. It was the 4cyl, and it averaged 40+ mpg according to the Trip Computer. Saw 50mpg a few times. Plenty of room inside and had a nice assortment of features. But, boring as hell... :thumbup: KillJoy

Depends upon the application. I have installed the BNC and Ethernet versions. Honestly, running the lines are the most difficult parts. The PTZs are nice, and the night time vision is above decent IMO. :thumbup: KillJoy
