Thanks Brandon, I do plan on trying to get out of the city at least a couple of the days. Would love to make it to a futbol match if they have one. I will make a thread when I get back with all the pictures and info I retrieve.

How long are you staying? I have been twice, 2 weeks at a time.
As you are in the military I recommend you check out:
The World War II Sicily-Rome American Cemetery and Memorial
if you can make it to Florence: Florence American Cemetery
Both sites to me were surreal.
I would research wwII sites that you would like to visit. I drove to Monte Cassino this huge church in the mountains that was bombed and rebuilt it was amazing. The Cassino War Cemetery, Anzio Landing Beaches, Gustav line, others are further from Rome.
As for Rome:
Old Ruins - Roman Forum
Pantheon
Colosseum
Trevi Fountain
St. Peters
Vatican
Sistine Chapel
Get ready to do alot of eating, drinking and walking. I recommend stopping and eating a small snack often as you are traveling around, you will try alot of dAnk food but wont fill you up to where you want to nap.
Good looking out, I will definitely be diving in to some food and wine. This trip I will be there a week, I am overseas often so I am sure I will make it back through again. Thanks for the information!

I'll be in Italy in December, curious if anyone has been and what they recommend? I am staying at the Hotel Artemide based off my search and reading through reviews.

There are quite a few guys doing the LSA conversion on the LS3 if you wanted more power down the road. Check out ADM Performance for their turn key kits for the LS3.

Price Drop $27,500

Shayne, I'm currently overseas but my folks have it and I can arrange them to pull it out of the garage and meet you with it. Feel free to email or PM me if that works for you.

bump price drop

long ass beard = doesn't look professional
Subjective. Depends on the profession.

I have an early 2014 13" MacBook Air I would be interested in selling, as I have been eyeing the new pro. Problem is I won't be back home till late December. Has the SSD HD, 1.4ghz i5, 4GB DDR3.

Well shit haha, at least I'll be on the list for the future updates now haha

I just figured out how to sign up for beta testing so I am currently downloading iOS 10. Looking forward to seeing the changes!

Ship to a friends house?
Surely you have Amazon prime and can order when you know lol be home with 2 day delivery...
I think what you are missing here is that time is more valuable to me than the little money I would save doing it myself. Professional installation taken care of prior to me being home makes more sense for my situation.
-
Amazon or CA forums for the purchase...then DIY
That would be plausible if I were home more than 8 weeks of the year.
I have a newer Rockford fosgate 10" sub/amp/box combo that I don't use.I have to make sure I can add a sub with the factory bose, and if I can I'd like to check that out.

Who is the go to car audio place these days? I remember back in the day it was Columbus Car Audio.
Looking to swap out my factory Panasonic rear dvd with an updated blu ray/bigger screen system. Maybe add a small sub.

Personal Anecdotal Escalation, ACTIVATE: Been working in IT for >30 years, and also have owned "every phone under this sun"... and on top of that, I've worked on, developed for, and ran companies that build functionality for every phone under every star in the local cluster, and... I'm right.
PS - Anecdotal evidence plus a dollar will buy you a cup of coffee. The term was "app crashing fuckups" as in Apple has just as many of these as anyone. And the stats show it. But don't tell the vegan hipster millennial tech blogosphere that. Data hurts em in the triggerfeels and makes you a bad.
tl;dr

Seeing as I have owned every phone under the sun and can contest to not having near as many issues with my iphones I hardly can accept your claim of all of us being "fuck-ups or stupid". I would say anyone that feels the need to attack someone based off phones and claim America to be dumber to be the ignorant fool. But you go girl!

I have swam two seasons now with my gen 1, ocean and pool. No issues.
Really? I have a gen1 I have been scared to take it in the water haha
-
What's new about the iWatch 2?
Better processor, better screen, and actually water resistant enough you can swim with it an it will track calories burned, etc.

Pretty disappointed by this launch. I started my smartphone "career" with Android and made the switch to Iphone at the 5, and had that and a currently have a 6. They are so far behind Android technology I'll likely switch back. I love my 6, no issues at all but I want to stay up with the latest and this just doesn't cut it.
The headphone jack thing is a fucking joke. Dumbest thing they could have thought of. That's like breeding out an asshole on a dog. Some things are just meant to be there.
If you think about it what they do makes sense. They allow Android to create the new technology and deal with all the problems. Then a year later they take a solid product with limited bugs and put it on the market. They still continue to have the fastest smart phone on the market and don't have the same "advanced" tech everyone else does.
-
They definitely aren't $280 a pop either lol
Truth haha

are those the GeForce Comp-2 tires? How do you like them over the stock F1's? They're on sale right now for $165/ea and I need new rubbers like soon.
I got them because they are every bit of a 50k miles tire, I am (if I continue throwing power at this) going to add 18x11 replicas with some mickeys or MH's for the rear. But they definitely don't feel as nice as the F1's when hitting turns.
