Hangin in there. Still swollen & sore. Still unable to make out my knee cap due to the swelling but its slowly gettin better. How are you, Michelle & your daughter doin? Well, I hope. This damn rain & lower temps SUCK! Thanks for checkin up on me, much appreciated. Tell Michelle & everyone else I said hello. Hope to see & talk to ya soon.

Feel the LOVE! OR people are great! The best thing that has happened to us since Melanie & I moved here, other than us getting married of course! We have met great people & have built some amazing friendships that we know will last our lifetime! Thanks OR peeps! Like the man said "Ben, you have done a great job!" Keep up the good work!

Medial meniscus tear was repaired 9/08. They are going in to clean it out since it has gotten worse, bone on bone now. Getting a de-loader brace too. Most likely a partial knee re-placement next year sometime. I plan on bustin my butt again @ rehab...wanna be back on my CBR as soon as possible.

Born in Kettering, Oh, moved to Orlando, Fl when I was 5, from the ages of 10-18 in Cypress, Tx...NE side of Houston, Then off to see the world with the U.S. Army, 9 years in Germany, been back in Ohio for almost 12 yrs now, all but 1 yr in the southern suburbs of Dayton & a yr here in Columbus. We love it hear in C-Bus! Soo much to do & of course all our OR Peeps make it the best place so far!
