Gas going straight into oil, Ninja 250

I found a screw loose on the carb box, tightened that back up. The gas vent was plugged, that is unplugged now. -
My 2009 Kawasaki Ninja 250 has gas going straight into the oil pan and filled it up, I just did an oil change, and have not taken the bike out to ride yet. Does anyone Know what the problem is?
