Make sure to keep an eye on the filter and replace before it gets too dirty. I was a couple of months off the normal schedule of changing mine and it ended up damaging one of the sensors inside the furnace, which was only a year or so old.

Hopefully I wouldn't have to pay a fee if I end up keeping the bike and renew the tags in the spring. But it wouldn't matter at this point now because I would have had to renew the tags by the 14th.
