Just got back from Monroe Michigan picking up the 03 vtx 1800,The trip back was uneventful,,Love the bike comfortable ride,lots of power,and it should reamin in the garage for years to come...Will post pics soon

Update: I just sold my 1100 and will be traveling to Michigan on sunday to pick up new to me 2003 honda vtx 1800.....:-) And as I have told the wife my new project bike....

If all goes well today I will be heading up to Michigan to pick up a 2003 honda VTX 1800,,,I have someone interested in my 2002 honda 1100,,,So I am going from a 11oo upto a 1800 and going from carbs to fuel injection/throttle body. I test rode one yesterday and loved it.. Only thing is I gotta get used to standard handlebars because I have 16inch apes on my 1100....Got my fingers crossed that all works out...

If you are using stock turn signals,I have the both front and rear,I went from pegs to floor boards so I have front pegs, and by any chance u need a rear fender I have that also..BTW I also have a 02 spirit 1100

Curious to know where everyone would ride to IF you had between 4 and 14 days to ride....For the third year in a row I am trying to get a long distance ride in....

I have a sentry electronic safe and just this last month had the same problem,Put the code in and would not open..I had some pissed off employees cause I could not pay them because all the money and checks was locked up in the safe.So I changed the batteries and nothing..and for shits and giggles changed that batteries again and it opened right up....So I suggest changing the batteries or plugging in the power cord....because for the code to change you would have to go thru a series of events..

I have not been on the site in awhile,Just wanted to say hello I still have the pizza shop,Had the chance to sell out but just could not sign off on the deal,(not enough money)..So I am back a spinning pies again..Trying to rebuild the business.........

I absolutely agree, Been there done that last year I did internal wiring and I had a short in the bars and over the winter I yanked it all out and put the wires out side the bars just for this reason, But for the question at hand find a wiring diagram and start tracing the wires and good luck,wiring can be a bitch........

Glad u got a good deal and I hope you enjoy the bike,,,,BUT I will never does business with them ever again the fucked my quad up and would'nt make good on it.......

They did my 83 yamaha frame,tank and fender at a very reasonable price,,,I will be taking a set of grips up to them to be done in black. Great bunch of people up there

I have been to AC before and your right it was a dump,But I have heard they tore down alot of the house near the casinos and built up some outlet malls and such..IDK

I will be taking a road trip around july 8 thru the 15th,,The wife and I will be doing the trip together,I have no Idea of where to go or do. My thought have been either going to Atlantic city, Mytle beach , or even Arkansas(diamond mining)... So I am just curios of where would u go if you had the time and money to go.

Well after two years I finally got the time to finish up and tweek a few things on my 83 yamaha xv500. And as I was doing a test ride I sold it...This was my beginner bike and my first bike I had torn down powder coated and put back together... I am glad someone will get some use out of it but still.:cry:

everyone has there own preference, no matter if its loud as f##k or quite as a mouse.. I have a honda shadow 1100 with loud exhaust and ape hangers and if you don't like then don't ride with me...just my opinion
