I would assume the headers are more restrictive than losing 10" of Muffler.

Mainly looks, couple db's louder but still relatively quiet compared to my sumo.

Would have liked to use a band saw, but used a chop saw a sander/file and a cutoff wheel (inside pipe needed to.be 1" shorter than casing)

Most street mufflers are just riveted together...off-road mufflers usually just with set screws...gotta be able to repack the fiberglass.

4 plug trailer pin is just for light 7 plug trailer pin is for light/electric brakes.....never heard of charging a battery that way? (Is your info correct?)

Reserve and amp hours are different ratings for draw. They cannot be combined for a/h... and like Tim said I have very lightly used deep cycles (105a/h 650cca 850ca) for $45a each. I have two left.
