The cost of a room is $89 per night and that can be shared. The rest will be what you eat and the gas you burn. I will be throwing my bike in the back of the truck and there is room for one more back there. The only catch is I will be stopping in WV on the way home and will be rafting the Gauley on Monday the 4th. I am still looking for at least one more person to join us for the rafting. If anyone is interested in doing this let me know. I will then be coming home on Monday night.

October 1-3 the North Carolina chapter of CSBA will be hosting a rally at Deals Gap. The event will be based out of the MicroTel Inn & Suites in Robbinsville, NC. I have updated the route slightly. Phil and I went for a ride up that way this morning and found one of the roads on the route was newly chip sealed so it is covered with loose gravel. Hope to see many of you next Saturday. http://ridewithgps.com/trips/86639

I have had 2 different Triumph Sprint ST's and neither one of them have seen a dealership service department. There is no reliability issues with these bikes in my mind. My 2002 I was putting 12k a year on that bike when I lived in Florida, now that I am up here and have the 06 1050 I am putting about 7k a year on it.

Brian, I have no problem throwing your bike in the trailer and taking you out to a place to ride. We can discuss when and where later.

Not sure where you found it since I have not completed it or posted the route yet. I am hoping to have it done by Wednesday evening. It is much harder to find good roads up in that area that are not going to be littered with traffic or buggies.

If you cannot locate one I have one but I am up by the north end of Alum Creek State Park. If you don't need it right away I am sure I will be driving my truck to work at least one day this week and I work in Westerville.

Mohican area is straight east of Mid Ohio and you are probably looking at around 200 miles.

That will be fine. Once I have the route finalized I will post it up.

There is a Fazoli's about a mile north of IP on Westerville Road. Good food as well as fast. I may be up for meeting for lunch.

Most of the guys do come from central ohio but some come from up your way as well as the dayton area. Ben, I will consider that a challenge.

We will be riding but we have not planned the ride yet. We are thinking mohican area.

Come out and join us some time. You will see that you are no different than the rest of us. We all sin and fall short. It is what we do after we acknowledge that sin that matters. I would love to meet you sometime, not only because you are a brother but you also have a good chice of a bike.

You do not even need to be a christian to participate in these rides. All riders are welcome. There are no such thing as a perfect christian. We are all screwed up and make mistakes every day. If someone claims to be a perfect christian, they have bigger problems. Claiming to be a christian does not make me better than anyone else, it just means that I have placed my faith in Jesus Christ and I have a plan to live in eternity with Him.

It is so true! It drives me crazy when I ride past a car while they are texting.
