  1. You can ride with our group, we are doing the 100 miles.
  2. We will certainly hit some of those roads again this year. We will need to figure out a way to get to that area quicker so everyone can get back before dark.
  3. I did several track days with STT on my 02 Sprint ST down in Florida. It will be fine on the track. Don't pay no attention to Todd, he is just jealous that he can't roll on the throttle at 4k rpm and find the begining of the power band.
  4. I have got the route planned but I still need a good place for lunch. Where is the Jimbo's that everyone mentions? Is that the place just south of the intersection of 56 and 664? If so that may be too soon for lunch. I would like to plan lunch in Nelsonville but I do not know of any good places aside from fast food. The route has us stopping at Sonic but we can change it to wherever, I am open to suggestions.
  5. I have a friend in NC that has one and he has put about 50k miles on it. He absolutely love that bike. Not many can stay with him while running through the mountains of NC. He actually did a coule iron butts on it then he switch to his connie for the rest of the IB's.
  6. I had a great time meeting all of you today. It sucks that you went down Rick, its to bad you were not able to get it stopped before going down in the field. JP, that is a good looking cake but I would have to agree with Todd on the Cruiser comment.
  7. We will be eating at the Millersburg Tavern if that helps. See you all in a couple hours.
  8. How are you bleeding them? Do you have a vacuum device or are you just trying to pump them up and crack the bleed cap to release the air? I could stop by tomorrow morning if you are available.
  9. Phil, All you need to do is claim the sweep position. That way everyone will think you are back there making sure nobody gets left behind.
  10. I was able to pre-ride 79 today, it is in great shape with the exception of a couple corners that have quite a bit of gravel across them. Other than that it was perfect. The corners with gravel are viewable before entering the turn so not a big deal as long as your looking ahead.
  11. It is looking like we will have a large enough group to split into two groups. One will be the spirited riding group and the other will be the less aggressive group. We will discuss all of this on Saturday morning. See you all there.
  12. Wish I was going to be in town that weekend to bid on these items. I would like them all.
  13. I am not sure if you are referring to the CSBA or just the monthly rides so I will answer both. The Christian Sport Bike Association was started by a group of guys that saw a need to meet and reach out to the sport bike crowd. The only thing out there at the time was the CMA and they have a very hard time attracting sport bikers to their rides since they like slow parades for the most part (sorry to all you CMA'ers). The organization has been around since 2000. If you would like to learn more you can check out www.christiansportbike.com. The monthly central Ohio rides started 3 years ago. The first year of the rides I had a hard time getting the word out plus I started the rides from different locations each month which was a mistake. Last year one of our members posted an add on Criagslist about the rides and it has caused us to gain a few great committed riders to join us. We always depart from the same location which I think makes it much better. We have done some great rides and unfortunately have had some bikes go down. I am praying that this year we will not have the same type of results. I would like to spend more time getting to know each other as well as putting on some great spirited rides. Looking forward to meeting and riding with all of you on the 17th.
  14. The April ride will probably not depart until closer to 10:00 to allow for the temp to come up slightly and riders to all get there.
  15. THIS CANNOT NOT BE STRESSED ENOUGH!!! It looks like we will have a good turnout for this ride so I would say that we will be split into two groups.
  16. This is looking to be a good size group for our first ride of the year. I hope you will all be able to make it. If not, keep it on the calendar for the next month.
  17. I will be riding it again this year but I have already signed up with Team CPR+. Since I am the team captain I can't really bail on them.
  18. That is a great shop. I actually purchased my Triumph from them last year. They had taken it in on trade. Not sure why anyone would want to trade it in on any other brand.
  19. Brian, We are all here for you. As I told you when I was there, you have several people here that are offering you their time. Please take us up on it. You just tell us what you need and it will get done. We will continue to pray for you and your strength to get through this.
  20. Brian, I stopped by this evening right after you were moved but you had a huge crowd so I did not stay long. I will come by tomorrow afternoon to chat with you. Keep the great attitude!
  21. Brian, I will be coming by between the 5 -7 pm visiting hours. Please email or call me if you need anything. My email is jcmathis@insight.rr.com and my cell number is 740-972-3155. I will be at the Chapel service at Mid Ohio tomorrow morning and will make sure all of the racers in attendance lift you up in prayer. Hang in there Bro, God has a plan for your life.
  22. Can you make it up there on Sunday. I will be there both days with the CSBRacing guys.
