  1. Not sure how but we are sitting at 33 and 374 Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  2. We are not leaving until 9:30 today so you will be fine.
  3. We will be close to the road toward autozone.
  4. Since this will be the first group ride this season I cannot say but we usually have between 4 and 10 riders. It has certainly been more in the past but on average it is less than 10. Hope you can make it.
  5. This is what mine looked like after the Dual Sport Ride this weekend. If you did not make it down to Lake Hope for this ride you missed out on a good one unless you are one of those guys that are afraid to get dirty. https://www.dropbox.com/s/1lrgtyqt3g8ao5h/20140518_093550.jpg
  6. The weather looks great for this Saturday!
  7. Bob, it would be great to see you out there sometime this year. Glad to hear you picked up a sport bike. Connie14, I ride a triumph sprint St 100 so sport touring bikes are certainly welcome. Bandit, as far as pace. We have been know to run a pretty quick pace in the past but I would like to back it down some. Either way though, your pace is what you are comfortable with and we will not leave anyone alone. We wait for everyone to gather back up at each intersection we turn on. The best way to get more comfortable leaning that bike over is to ride with others that can show you a line to take.
  8. Since we got rained out for the May 10th ride I am rescheduling the May ride for the 24th. We will meet at Iron Pony at 9:00 am and planned to depart at 9:30. The ride is a 208 mile loop taking us down through the Hocking Hills area. Click on this link http://ridewithgps.com/routes/4560983 to see the route we will be taking. Hope many of you can make it. All type of bikes and beliefs are welcome. Nobody gets left behind.
  9. Are you off on the 24th? I am thinking that we could do the ride that day.
  10. Just checked the weather for Logan and it looks bad. Some storms will be rolling through this morning so unfortunately I am going to cancel this ride. I will try to schedule it in the next couple weeks. Stay dry today everyone.
  11. So far I am still planning on doing this ride. Just finished watching the weather and still looks like it will be gone before we begin the ride.
  12. Yes, tomorrow is the first ride of the season for the Ohio CSBA. We put a ride together every month during riding season. June's ride will be the 3rd Saturday of june. I will have the ride posted by the first of June.
  13. Welcome back, would like to see you on one of our rides some time.
  14. Christy an I hit a tar snake in a corner yesterday on 93 and both front and rear slipped out at the same time. Little pucker factor at that moment. First hot day of the year caused those tar snakes to be slicker than normal.
  15. I plan on leaving IP around 9 and it takes 45 minutes to get to 374 so if you want to meet up with us it will be around 9:45-10:00
  16. It will help you practice sliding the tardiness in the corners.
  17. It looks like the weather will be pushed out of here by 8:00am so if the weather man is correct, we will be golden.
  18. This will allow you to have a good ride but still get home with enough time to spend with your family.
  19. Yes, Cruisers are welcome. We do ride a spirited pace once we get into the twisties but we wait or everyone to come back together at the intersections.
  20. I will be great to have all of you join us for the CSBA ride. I am hoping the weather holds out for it, will have a better idea tomorrow afternoon. The route we are doing is not bad with traffic before noon, we have done this route many times on Saturday mornings without any traffic problems. I may actually pre-ride the route this afternoon since the weather is going to be awesome.
  21. If I could find a cheaper internet provider I would cut my cable as well but that is who provides my internet service as well. I thought about just using my phone as a hotspot at home since I have 4g at home but I am afraid I would use to much data and cause my verizon bill to go up so it would not benefit me to switch.
  22. No, it will not necessarily fall on the 2nd Saturday of the month all of the time. My daughter is graduating on the 3rd Saturday this month so I was not able to schedule it that weekend.
  23. So now that you have had the bike for a few months, how do you like it? I have been considering one of these or the 800XC but I am concerned with the comfort for my wife when she rides with me. I absolutely love my Sprint ST1050 and like many others have said, the motor is flawless. I am just under 40k on it now with zero problems.
  24. Yes you do! It has been way too long since you have been on one of our rides.
  25. I know in the first post I said the route would be around 150 miles but I just finished putting it together and it is actually 200 miles. There is a gas stop at 100 miles in Logan. Click here http://ridewithgps.com/routes/4560983 for the route. Hope to see you there.
