We ride up by there alot usually stop in Danville at the gas station. Where I usually get a slushy lol.

79 north to 541 to 60 north to 62 over bridge to 520 to 514 to Danville. Then 62 to 206 to 36 back to 79

Any reason you chose the mad dog version if your not lifting equipped?

Didnt really know what I was getting. now after my weight loss its a little big. I can still use it just got to have elbow sleeves on with it. Also now with the crossfit thing I havent been lifting heavy so it just sits.

Im thinking meet at 11 leave no later than 11:30 I want to be back by no later than 4. Which will give us plenty time to run the usual route and maybe little more. So meet at kfc on cedar st. in Newark. Which is right off 16 on 79 north cant miss it.
