  1. Who's got rain tires? If it rains, I don't want to be the only one out there (novice with rain's, LOL)

    No-Mar Junior Deluxe

I worked on a 225/75-15 truck tire yesterday. It was easier coming off than going on. But it was possible and the no-mar bar did its job.
  3. Bike is SOLD! Whew, it's about time, LOL Sam got a damn good bike. I got the right number of $100 bills. Lots of em'.
  4. Just got it yesterday. Showed up in a big box. Assembly was simple enough, without any major issues. I did have to ream out one of the upper brackets holes and installed some larger bolts/knobs. All the other fasteners, holes, threads, pieces were top notch. I build a base for it, mounted it, and moved it into place. I've watched the operation videos a few times and actually got my first tire removed from the rim without any trouble. My assistant, who was required to stand on the base, to keep the thing from moving across the floor, did a great job. Not having a hammer-drill kept me from mounting it to the floor. Getting the new tire on was a breeze. I'm loving this thing. I proceeded to remove ALL my worn tires from all my rims. The giant stack of Q2's was next (thanks to TJ at ridersdiscount). Got most of them onto the rims and all the bikes have new rubber now. Next I tried the balancer. Got a tire to hover around a neutral spot and will take it to the shop on Saturday to see just how close I was able to balance it. The setup was expensive. There are other ones out there for less. I think that with all the extras in the deluxe kit, this Pro model will pay for itself soon enough. I'm saving $20 each time I demount/mount a tire. With 8 wheels done last night, I've recovered $160 in one night. And the best part. Not a scratch on any wheel I worked on. It's a smooth setup. If you show up with a hammer drill, a concrete bit, and wheels/tires, I will change em' for you, for free, in exchange for use of your drill. LOL
  5. BMMW here … in Highland Heights … able to help out with pre-track day bike prep, or tire changes. I’ve been wrenching for years, and this will be my 1st track day. Looking forward to meeting some Ohio Riders.
  6. Oops, the 750's at it's new owner's home. Gotta update that. The "Lil' R6" is going to NL ... And got my new Q2's to go along for the ride.
  7. I will be there. Been riding for a bit, but this will be my 1st trackday.
  8. I ordered 3 sets. WooHoo!!!
  9. I've been wanting to do the track day thing for a bit now. Haven't had it gel yet. 2 years ago I was bikeless. 1 year ago I was gearless. This year I have an "Almighty R6" ... the MX-1, SP-R Pro's, Sidi's and an Arai. I think I'm ready. LOL
  10. I was returning to camp once, saw a tree down at the trail head, went around it and didn't go through the trail head posts and got a $150 ticket for riding "off trail". Quit riding there a bit ago. Allegheny Trails are an option.
  11. Vegetarians eat fake chicken, etc. What's the big deal about partially real beef? Most foods aren't 100% real.
  12. "Hey guys, watch this" ... as he pulls in the clutch ... I doubt the tire lost traction. FTard! LOL
  13. Haha, that's funny. 08's go like snot!
  14. Wow, that guy don't dance, the chicks look uninterested, faked voice, there's no club and it looked like he was a bit nervous when he coasted in on the BMW...poser! LOL
  15. Still riding??? Yes, I tested a brand new set of Q2's in the metro's yesterday. They worked! LOL
  16. Ahhh hahahaha aha haha ha ah! That's good! LOL

    Rocketshields

I think it's awesome that they can "be painted orange". LOL
  18. Got down to route 260 today ... 65ish plus temps and clear road. The road is simply amazing. The newish pavement was real clean, no leaves. A few bits of gravel, but not a problem if you slow down when you see large barns. Some of the blind hills have crazy curves right on the other side. I departed Cleveland at 7am and got down there in a few hours. Brought the 750 down with a brand new set of Dunlop Q2's and really love the tires. Lots of fun!!!
  19. Partially throwing him under a steamroller would be a good start...
