But how does compressing the front end prevent you from wheeling? Or is it the fact your front end is now lower than it was before? In which case it would stand to reason the lower your front end is the better you're going to perform off the launch? Is that accurate?

I find it interesting too, I never even heard of this practice until "recently"... I'd think the pros go with a rigid front end... but I have NO idea. Can anyone more physics inclined explain the dynamics of how this all works?

yah, the wrap around is what looks flimsy, it only holds on at 2-3 points... I want the gps to be locked down like a virgin on prom night

linky not worky I know the 2 things though, the cradle LOOKS like it barely holds onto the GPS... I get worried about that, DIYD might be better, give it an enclosed box basically.

Did you use a different mount for the GPs or just the cheap one from eBay? It looks like it just snaps on in 4 spots, I'd be worried it'd rattle out.
