this morning, I was behind some young lady in an Impala (looked mid-late 20s) and she was left-lane hogging at 68mph or so...... Big line behind her....I eventually made my way passing on the right until I got behind her and flashed my lights at her to let me though...... She brake-checked me and started doing 60mph until we had cleared a truck in the right lane so I could pass her on the right....she then moved finally and started tail gating me.....I brake checked her back a couple of times and then I just took off

Yes he's at fault, but clearly he has issues. He needs help. Sure, he needs to be held responsible for his actions. To want someone's life ruined because they have a temper is a sad glimpse of what American life has become today. Sue happy. Take them for all they've got. I'm with Brian on this. People don't just break check other drivers for FUNZIES. Yes, the marine got a lil crazy but if people can't figure out not to ride somebody's ass after 2 brake checks and then on the third one you wreck into that person's vehicle then you deserve a verbal lashing at least and probably a beatdown.

the story says the Marine cut off the guy and kept on brake-checking but I haven't seen the Marine's side of the story anyway that would let us know if the driver was being aggressive or not

It's a tough call but the only thing that's clear in the video is that the Marine had no business wailing on the driver's truck like that instead of waiting for the cops to show up.......He probably got himself in trouble where he was more than likely not at fault.

An unnamed Marine Sergeant from Camp Pendleton was filmed unleashing a torrent of threats and obscenities in the direction of a driver who allegedly rear-ended his car.

 

The passenger who captured footage of the incident on camera is a wounded Marine who is paralyzed from the waist down, according to 10News. The man behind the wheel is her brother and caregiver.

 

The two say the marine's violent temper has traumatized them, and they asked to remain anonymous.

 

A friend who spoke on their behalf said the accident occurred after the verbally abusive marine stopped short several times.

 

"He cut them off and apparently he kept brake-checking them," said the friend. "He would slam on his brakes abruptly. They hit into the back of him on the third time."

 

Sources with knowledge say the Marine's car sustained "minor scratches" while the truck belonging to the paralyzed Marine and her brother "needs a new bumper and grill."

 

After the incident was brought to the attention of Camp Pendleton officials, the Marine was detained and cited for communicating a threat.

 

"This individual's behavior does not meet the standards that are expected of our Marines and it has received the attention of senior base staff," a base spokesman said in a statement.

 

It is unclear if criminal charges will be filed. A Purple Heart recipient, the Marine is said to be suffering from PTSD and may be exhibiting signs of intermittent explosive disorder, according to one psychologist.

or

b) the dihydrogen monoxide coming from the tap is dangerous

Custom two part rotors?

probably not worth it on a car like this.....Don't use OEM rotors if you can help it also....They're a tad on the undercapable side for road racing, even at 2200lbs

Are you allowed to uprate brakes? There has to be a bigger OEM rotor setup you can use? You probably don't need anything fancy....just some bigger heat capacity, you know?

I know the 99-00 civic Si can use Corrado G60 along with some other OEM Honda caliper (Legend? I can't remember but a coworker has this setup on her race car)

I can say one thing i learned saturday is i don't need to any more power to the car. I need to work on keeping the cars transition under control. As fun as my spin out was i don't want to make a habit of doing that.
