  4. awesome! I completed the first leg of the couch to 5k tonight. It was great. I sorta blew it by going to the mexican resturant afterwards.
  5. Well this thread has turned into more than I had planned. So far today i have eaten -apple fritter and black coffee- My demise. -Peanut butter and jelly on a bagel w/ pretzels. -Three 16 ounce bottles of water.

  8. I have found as long as you are moving ,its really not bad. Under armor cold gear is the best thing I have invested in.

  16. I am happy with my weight, but i want to tone things up a bit. My diet is shit. I figure this is a good time to make some changes to that also. I currently weight about 185-190. I wear a size 32-or 34 in jeans just depends. I am also attempting to fight the " I moved in with my girlfriend and got a beer belly" epidemic.

  18. nothing wrong with that! Random question on those who watch there diets. Whats a typical day of eating look like for you?

"playing-card pushups" will kick your ass. take a deck of cards, and start flipping them over one at a time. do X number of pushups, then roll over and do X number of situps. flip the next card and repeat. you end up doing something like 312 reps, but never more than 14 in a row. do all face cards as 10 reps if you can't make it through the deck. you'll sweat your ass off. redkow- i really like this also. I am going to toss this in every now and then
  20. Well i did my off jog routine tonight. It consisted of three sets of sit ups, and three sets of push ups. I did 30 sit ups, and then 10 push ups,and just alternated back and fourth. I then went for a cool down walk around the block. I'm feeling pretty good.
