i want to do a track day but need to come up with the money, plus need to buy the leathers.

tires are shinko 009 Raven i think its 38psi front, 42psi rear which is factory settings

Most trackdays have vendors that rent leathers, tire pressure too high and tires all wrong. The Raven is the hardest compound tire Shinko makes it thier hiway hi milage tire NOT a sport tire it is not made or intended for for corner carving.

Why not just switch it for the real droid instead of switching back to att?

It doesnt need any mo power. Just to get rid of the exup valve in the exhaust and I like the deep sound of the leovince and its not must louder at all just deeper

I've been watching Ebay and that all that keeps coming up is 600 stuff, nothing for the 1000. Figures.... I know when I give up and buy a new one 10 will pop up.

Could also just take the seat off, a lil uncomfortable but it'll lower her down 3 or 4 inches. It'd be a free easy way to get some experince then when she's got it down throw the seat back on. Could put a piece of foam or somthing there to cushion a lil.

Yea raise the forks up through the triple trees and buy a lowering link. the shock is nitrogen charged just like almost every other shock on every sportbike. Todd where do you come up with this advice???

Wow that thing is pretty low I'm surprised she cant touch. I think the rear shock is a air shock isnt it, can you let any air out?

Like I said there, "I think and can you" didnt say for sure. Was guessing because one of the bikes we had here had an adjustable air shock on it though it was that C model he'll have to look under there and make sure but I'm fairly sure it was that one could be wrong though. As far as the nitrogen most tire shops have it now.
