Few people unload a commercial grade mower with 1000 or less hours and the price will represent that. Nothing wrong with 2000 hrs on a commercial unit and you will add little to that with only 2 acres. You'll mow that in 30 min

Go commercial grade, Exmark, Bunton, Bobcat etc. They run heavy steel welded decks not thin stamped ones like residential. They run HD greasable spindles and bearings too. Buy one used from a landscape company in the winter. They'll be cheap and have a couple thousand hours or less but have been maintained and will out last you with just regular maintenance. Commercial ones will be 50" or bigger. Mine was a 50" Bunton. Bought it with 2500 hours off EBay from a SC landscape company for $1500 shipped. Used it at the house on the hill I had you out to for 4 years with nothing but a yearly oil change.

I tucked mine into my hoodie to keep it from flying off, couldnt find one with good velcro. I really think Kart 17 has issuses. It was loose, chattered, bounced and just rode rough. I mentioned it but they kept using it. I love that place and have gone a couple times, if I lived closer I would deff have a membership and a very expensive nightly routine. Dealers register at gun shows to be a vendor, therefore it is a registered place of business. 4473 forms must be signed and checked in person at registered place of business. There is no exceptions to that rule if a background check needs done.
